• Waitlist email addresses: Retained until you request removal, or until our services launch and you are notified.
• Account data (future): Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Investment data and documents (future): Retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or your request, all investment data and uploaded documents will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
• SMS opt-in records: Retained for as long as you remain subscribed, plus a reasonable period thereafter to document consent.

10. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information at any time. To request deletion:

• Email us at privacy@dt-funding.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
• Include the email address associated with your account or waitlist registration

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or resolving disputes).

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and our services are intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
